Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on Office/Site role for a Senior Architect at Tejas Constructions & Infrastructure Pvt Ltd located in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Senior Architect will be responsible for overseeing all architectural design and construction phases of projects, and will work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and timelines. The Senior Architect will also ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations, and will oversee the work of other architects and technicians.Job DescriptionWork with Architect/owner assisting with various projectsHelp to plan and design plot layouts, Landscape and building layouts (Residential/Commercial)Work on design drawingsAssist in reviewing project proposals and specsHelp with compiling required paperwork and documents for projectsHelp coordinate details of architectural projectsChecking/validating bills from contractors/vendorsQualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in Architecture or related field10+ years of experience in architecture and construction, with proven track record in managing large-scale projectsSkills requiredProficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and related softwareExperience producing construction documentsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skillsDesign and problem-solving skills as well as an appreciation of, and sensitivity to, architectural design intentAbility to work with minimal supervision
