Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct Language Classes: Plan and deliver effective German language lessons for individuals and groups, both in-person and online, tailored to students' needs and proficiency levels.
  • Curriculum Development: Design and develop course materials, lesson plans, and assessments that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
  • Student Assessment: Evaluate students' progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and exams. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve their language skills.
  • Interactive Learning: Utilize a variety of teaching techniques, including role-plays, multimedia resources, and interactive activities, to enhance the learning experience and keep students engaged.
  • Cultural Enrichment: Introduce students to German culture, customs, and traditions, fostering a deeper understanding of the language in context.
  • Progress Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress. Communicate with students and/or parents regarding individual development and areas for improvement.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest language teaching methodologies, trends, and best practices. Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

Preferred candidate profile

As a German Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality language instruction to students of varying proficiency levels. You will create an engaging and interactive learning environment, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Your primary goal will be to help students develop strong language skills in reading, writing, speaking, and listening.
