Job Title: Business Analyst Designation: Delivery Module Lead Location: Hyderabad_Skyview Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team as a Delivery Module Lead. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Power BI, enabling them to transform data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing processes. Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into key performance indicators and business metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and user needs. Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions with stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories. Support the implementation of solutions by working closely with development teams to ensure alignment with business requirements. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as necessary. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project goals. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and data visualization. Mandatory Skills: Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report/dashboard creation. Proficient in data analysis and visualization techniques. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SQL and database management. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools. Knowledge of other data visualization tools and techniques. Understanding of business process modeling and improvement methodologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in business analysis or data analytics are a plus.
