Role:

The role encompasses managing the complete operations for assigned clients, including
overseeing project management, training scheduling and execution, and vendor management.
Responsibilities also include sending training invitations and LMS access details to learners,
generating training reports, and conducting monthly business reviews with both clients and
internal teams. Additionally, mapping trainers according to requirements and conducting regular
operations reviews with clients on a monthly or quarterly basis are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Responsible for managing the end to end operations of the assigned client.
● Responsible for scheduling & execute the training successfully.
● Responsible for managing the projects assigned to him.
● Responsible for sending the training invite and LMS access details to learners.
● Responsible to send the training report
● Responsible for preparing and having monthly business reviews with client and internal
team.
● Mapping trainers as per requirement.
● Vendor Management
● Responsible for having monthly/Quarterly ops review with clients.
Behavioural skills: Communication skills/ team leading:
● Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
● Team Handling Skills

Education & Experience:

● Minimum of 4-6 Year of experience in handling the trainings
● Should have the knowledge to handle the team working remotely.
● Knowledge of training workflow, good network of trainers.
● Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work with a team.
● Knowledge of client handling.
● Knowledge of vendor management.
● Knowledge about traditional and modern training methods and techniques.
● Knowledge about learning management systems and virtual tool platforms.
● Knowledge of Technology /Soft Skills/Sales modules training.
● Knowledge of sourcing the trainers.
● Identifying requirements and map the trainers as per requirement.
● Knowledge of competitors and industry about the costing and pricing.
● Coordination between client and trainers.
● Knowledge of Account Management
● Efficient and comfortable in interacting with trainers.
