We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and lead the successful delivery of complex technical projects. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams, working in an Agile environment, and ensuring smooth execution across all phases of the project lifecycle. Strong expertise in tools like

JIRA

and

Azure DevOps (ADO)

is required, along with a solid understanding of DevOps practices. Candidates with ITIL certification and a background in infrastructure or software development will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring on-time, within-scope, and within-budget completion.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers,

DevOps , QA, and other stakeholders, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.- Plan, execute, and monitor projects using Agile methodologies, managing sprints, backlogs, and releases.- Ensure seamless communication between project teams, providing stakeholders and upper management clear visibility of project status.- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies while proactively offering solutions to mitigate them.- Coordinate with

DevOps teams for pipeline integration , release management, and continuous improvement.- Provide technical guidance and support to teams to align with organizational goals and project objectives.- Implement best practices for Agile project management using tools like

JIRA and Azure DevOps.- Please make sure that compliance with standards for

incident, problem, and change management where applicable.- Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, ideally in a software development or DevOps environment.- Agile project management experience with hands-on knowledge of tools like J IRA and Azure DevOps (ADO).- I TIL and/or DevOps certification is highly desirable.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.- Strong leadership skills, with a track record of motivating teams and driving successful project outcomes.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and convey them to non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have:- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones.- Background in software development or systems engineering.- Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, etc.), and DevOps methodologies.- Knowledge of risk management and change management practices.
