Role: Video Editor (YouTube – LifeOrama) Freelance / Remote Primary Content: Long-form educational / storytelling videos in Telugu What You’ll Work On Editing face-cam videos (primary content format) Adding AI-generated B-roll (Midjourney, RunwayML, Hailuo, etc.) Maintaining a clean, minimal visual style Ensuring emotional pacing and story flow Syncing Telugu VO, subtitles, and narrative beats Delivering consistent long-form video edits weekly Handling basic color correction and sound clean-up Mandatory Requirements Must understand and speak Telugu very well (non-negotiable) Strong experience editing long-form YouTube videos Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or DaVinci Resolve) Ability to use AI tools: Midjourney (image generation) RunwayML / Hailuo (AI video generation or enhancement) Strong sense of story flow, emotional beats & timing Ability to integrate AI visuals smoothly as B-roll Clean, minimal aesthetic — no flashy transitions Fast turnover + ability to handle feedback professionally Nice to Have Understanding of Indian culture, epics, or storytelling Knowledge of YouTube pacing and retention psychology Experience creating reels Who Will Fit Best An editor who values clean, logical, distraction-free edits (If your timeline is messy, this role isn’t for you.) Someone who thinks in story beats , not just cuts clips A disciplined worker who meets deadlines without excuses Someone who can use AI tools confidently and blend AI B-roll smoothly into long-form Telugu content How to Apply Your best previous work Especially long-form YouTube videos Edits that show pacing, clarity, and storytelling AI-generated B-roll examples (if you have them) Your Resume Editing experience Software + AI tools you use Relevant Telugu content you’ve worked on Links to your portfolio Applications without samples or resume will not be considered.
