Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. As a MERN Stack Developer, you will work on front-end and back-end development tasks, leveraging your expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. You will be responsible for building scalable and robust web applications and collaborating closely with our team to bring innovative solutions to our clients.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.

Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

Integrate and manage APIs, data structures, and data sources.

Conducted unit tests and implemented debugging procedures to ensure software quality.

Monitor and improve the application’s performance, security, and responsiveness.

Maintain accurate and updated documentation for project requirements and processes.


Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience: More than 3 years of Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or similar role in web development.


Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.

Experience in building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services.

Proficient in front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).

Familiarity with Git version control and Agile development methodologies.

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.

Knowledge of database design and data manipulation skills, including knowledge of MongoDB.


Soft Skills :

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Adaptability and willingness to learn and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Detail-oriented and a proactive attitude toward troubleshooting.
