PositionTitle: SA/AVP – Operations

Job Objective:

To assist and monitor PMS and AIFrelated activitiesincluding client onboarding trade settlement andregulatory/internal reporting.

KeyAccountabilities:

Client OnboardingExecutive:

KYC/CKYC verificationand World Check verification of clients

Collaborate with external and internal teams for allonboarding matters

Address and resolve clientand distributor queries

Continuously identifyand resolve issues related to client onboarding

Prepare and maintain onboarding MIS

Proper maintenance of client records in both soft and hardcopies

OperationalWork:

Coordinate with internaland external teams for brokerage/commission calculations andpayments

Perform periodic reconciliation of bankand holdings

Calculate NAV on a daily andperiodic basis

Manage monthly/quarterly paymentsTDS returns and TDS certificates

Verify Form 64C(fundwise and clientwise taxation details)

Assist auditors and inspection agencies by preparingnecessary documents and information

Preparedata/reports as required by management and senior teams

Prepare regulatory reports and provide them to thecompliance team

ProjectSpecificWork:

Assist management withprojectspecific tasks

Support the drafting ofpolicies manuals forms and procedures

Implementappropriate administrative and regulatory mechanisms forprojects

Accurate and timelydeliverables

Continuous process improvementinitiatives

Strict adherence to agreed timelinesfor deliverables to various teams

Adequatesupport and assistance for all backoffice functions whennecessary

Specifications:

Qualifications:

Postgraduate MBA (Finance) or equivalent

Experience:

4 to 6 years of experience in the Asset Managementindustry (Mutual Fund / AIF / PMS)

Skills:

Strong knowledge of backoffice operations

Analytical skills

Familiarity withrelevant software (Wealth Spectrum / Hexagon)

Advanced proficiency in Excel

Abilityto develop robust MIS systems
