About Us:We are a clothing brand that specializes in shapewear based in South Delhi with a fast-growing team. Our company is dedicated to providing high-quality shapewear that combines comfort and style. We pride ourselves on our innovative approach and commitment to excellence. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Expert/ Executive who can also handle administrative tasks to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Key ResponsibilityDevelop and implement social media strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and community.Plan content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product launches, and marketing goals.Handle day-to-day social media operations – posting, scheduling, monitoring, and engagement.Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to execute strategies.Track, analyze, and report performance of social media campaigns using insights and analytics.Stay up to date with latest trends, formats, and platform updates to keep the brand relevant.Experiment with new content ideas (Reels, Stories, Influencer Collabs, Memes, etc.) to drive reach.Support influencer marketing campaigns and community-building initiatives.RequirementProven experience (2–4 years) in social media strategy and management.Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, You Tube, Linked In, and emerging platforms.Creative mindset with ability to think of out-of-the-box content ideas.Analytical skills to track KPIs and optimize campaigns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Knowledge of paid social media ads (bonus).
