Roles & Responsibilities

Develop Products & Solutions Horizon Role,Handle Informatica ETL and Data Warehouse Admin role, handling platform Admin support activities for ETL Tools and Technologies, Schedulers, File transfer applications Handle Production Issues (Admin Tier 1/2 Support) to resolve production issues & ensure SLAs are met Platform administration support for production and non-Production systems in the business intelligence domain, mainly focused on the Informatica, Tivoli Workload Scheduler admin activities, job scheduling, user management, repository migrations, datastore and connectivity definitions and troubleshooting, etc.,Administration and configurations for various interfacing mechanism for file transfer between source and target systems using ssh, sftp, DataRouter, IBM Connect-Direct, etc,Interact with the customer and help to resolve the issues, coordinate with multiple stake holders involved, manage the system outage situations, work closely with the incident management team,You might be involved in some automation development activities as well occasionally,Creation necessary documentation for all project deliverable phases Release Deployment support may require working on the weekends occasionally,Strong Hands on in Unix & advanced Unix Shell Scripting

Expertise & Qualification

Experience in administration of ETL tools like Informatica, Schedulers like Tivoli Workload Scheduler,Hands on in supporting production and nonproduction systems on Linux 3,Hands on working with Databases like Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake Hands on experience with file transfer mechanism (NAS, sFTP, SSH configurations, IBM connect-direct, etc,Knowledge of Datawarehouse platforms using Databases like Vertica, Teradata, Hadoop, Snowflake Knowledge on Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure will be advantageous Willingness to learn all data warehousing technologies & perform out of the comfort zone in other ETL technologies
