The HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) team plays a critical role in managing all aspects of employee data, including hiring, onboarding, offboarding, and transitions. The team's mission is to ensure the correctness and completeness of employee records, which serve as the backbone of Rippling's ecosystem. Who You Are: You are passionate about building robust and scalable payroll systems that directly impact businesses. You thrive in a product-focused environment where customer impact is a top priority. You have strong problem-solving skills and enjoy tackling complex technical challenges. Qualifications: 3+ years of professional work experience in a high-paced environment. Experience building large-scale platforms for web applications. Expertise in Python and Django is a good to have. Proficiency in working with MongoDB. Strong CS fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms. Ability to debug and resolve issues autonomously.
