Experience & Skillset:


  • A proven Salesforce professional with multiple full lifecycle Salesforce implementations and have 12+ years of IT experience with 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce development - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
  • Strong experience on Salesforce platform and integrations with other systems
  • Strong experience in Apex, Lightning Aura and Lightning Web Components development
  • Proven experience in demonstrating technical direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce software solutions.
  • Lead the team to transform and develop new requirements into designs, development approaches and implementation.
  • Ability to comprehend client requirements and provide the technical solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of AGILE/SCRUM Processes
  • Conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.
  • Communicate with project manager, architect, and other developers to design cohesive development strategies and ensure effective collaboration throughout all phases of development, testing and deployment.
  • Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to facilitate a quick response to changing requirements.
  • Implement Salesforce platform best practices.
  • Create technical design from Functional design/Requirement.
  • Able to troubleshoot with debugging skill and perform configuration, customization, and deployment.
  • Experience working with SFDX and deployment Tools.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and setting up various code quality checks in the pipelines.
  • Technology literacy and ability to translate between business leaders and technical teams.
  • Highly collaborative and with the ability to lead by influence.
  • Highly self-motivated, energetic, and passionate team-oriented individual



Education / Knowledge:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from a four-year college, university or equivalent.
  • Experience / Skill:
  • Salesforce.com Certified JavaScript Developer I
  • Salesforce.com Certified Platform Developer II
  • Salesforce.com Certified Application Architect (Nice to have)
  • Salesforce.com Certified System Architect (Nice to have)
  • Other Salesforce certifications would be an asset.
