What do we do

Product Excellence team in the Product Department, you will be responsible for managing product quality insights and projects, addressing business and customer experience needs. This position has a vital role in developing and scaling our product quality standards and operations across all markets.


Role Description

  • Improve already existing systems to monitor Product KPIs.
  • Contribute to the development of new metrics (e.g., Product Quality Index).
  • Analyse NPS and Customer Satisfaction performance, developing actionable insights with key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and solutions across markets/destinations.
  • Constantly on the lookout to deliver better value to our customers, you will report on opportunities and make recommendations to the Product teams.
  • Own data to ensure the highest standards of data integrity & quality are reinforced.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
