ROLE:We are looking for a highly motivated person for the role with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You need to be excellent at communication, with anempathetic attitude and robust management skills. You need to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up, organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively. This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup

RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify potential partner organizations that align with the goals and values of Novatr.Conduct market research to assess industry needs and trends related to learner placement.Develop and execute strategies for onboarding new partner companies.Collaborate with internal teams to align partner objectives with the learning and professional development goals of our learners.Build and maintain strong relationships with partner organizations towards building Novatr as a preferred hiring partner.Ensure partner satisfaction and resolve issues or concerns promptly.Collaborate with partners to design and tailor learner placement programs that meet their specific needs and industry standards.Work closely with internal teams, including the Courses and Operations teams, to facilitate learner placements.

REQUIREMENTS:Experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field, with astrong focus on B2B relationships.Familiarity with the EdTech sector, particularly in the context of learner placement andworkforce development in the AEC Industry.Strong negotiation and contract management skills to establish and maintain successfulpartnerships.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey the value ofpartnerships to potential collaborators.Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to address partner and learnerneeds.Experience in leading and developing a team of partnership managers or coordinators.
