Job SummaryWe’re seeking a

Growth Marketer

to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through innovative marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will craft compelling website content, manage social media, and lead the creation and execution of webinars and podcasts.Key Responsibilities:Content Marketing:Develop high-quality, SEO-optimized content for our website and blog to engage ecommerce brands.Create sales collateral, case studies, and white papers that demonstrate our expertise.Social Media Management:Build and execute a strategic social media plan to enhance brand visibility and engagement.Collaborate with design and video teams to produce engaging visuals and short-form videos.Webinars and Podcasts:Plan, coordinate, and host webinars featuring industry experts and company leadership.Launch and manage a podcast series, handling content ideation, guest coordination, and promotion.Campaign Management:Design and execute integrated campaigns to drive leads and sales, ensuring alignment with business goals.Analytics and Optimization:Monitor marketing KPIs, analyze data for actionable insights, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing, or a similar role, preferably in B2B SaaS.Proven experience managing content creation, social media, webinars, and podcasts.Strong understanding of analytics tools - Google Analytics & HubSpot Automation (must have).Exceptional writing and communication skills.Creative thinker with a results-driven mindset.Good to have skills – Webflow, Factors.ai , Mailchimp, Buffer, Sprout Social etc.
