Job Description : As an IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance Security Analyst, you will be responsible for : - Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of enterprise-wide information security risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures. - Ensure alignment of GRC activities with industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT), regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX), and organizational objectives. - Manage and assess information security risks through risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing coordination. - Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans. - Maintain a comprehensive risk register and track progress on risk remediation activities. - Generate insightful reports and metrics on information security risks and compliance. - Contribute to the development, maintenance, and communication of information security policies, standards, and procedures. - Ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices and regulatory changes. - Provide guidance and training to employees on security policies and procedures. - Support compliance efforts with relevant regulations and standards (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001). - Conduct compliance assessments and audits to identify gaps and ensure adherence to requirements. - Prepare and present audit reports and findings to management. - Coordinate and track remediation efforts for audit findings. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, legal, compliance, and business units, to ensure effective implementation of GRC programs. - Provide expert guidance and analysis on information security risks and compliance. - Work with technical teams to ensure security controls are implemented effectively. - Contribute to security awareness training programs to promote a strong security culture. - Assist in developing and delivering training materials and presentations. - Assist in incident response activities by providing policy and compliance guidance. - Participate in post-incident analysis to identify control failures and recommend improvements. - Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of GRC programs. - Generate regular reports on risk, compliance, and security posture. Required Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT governance, risk management, and compliance. - Strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, SOX). - Experience in conducting risk assessments and compliance audits. - Knowledge of information security policies, procedures, and best practices. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Technical Skills : - Risk assessment methodologies and tools. - Compliance frameworks and standards. - Policy and procedure development. - Audit management. - Vulnerability management. - Incident response principles (GRC aspects). - GRC tools and platforms (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer). - Data analysis and reporting.
