We specialize inresidential solar PV and battery energy storage system design, permitting, and engineering for U. S.markets.Key Responsibilities• Lead and mentor a team of solar PV and energy storage design engineers.• Manage and review U. S. residential permit and construction plan sets.• Ensure compliance with NEC, IRC, UL, and utility interconnection standards.• Oversee quality assurance, workflow optimization, and project delivery timelines.• Collaborate with U. S. operations teams on process and design improvements.• Utilize Auto CAD, Helio Scope, Aurora Solar, and PVsyst for high-quality design work.Required Qualifications• B. E./B. Tech or M. E./M. Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.• 5+ years of experience in residential solar PV and storage design (U. S. market preferred).• 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.• Strong understanding of NEC 2020/2023, UL 9540, UL 1741, and U. S. permitting processes.• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Preferred Skills• Experience with energy storage systems (Tesla Powerwall, Enphase IQ Battery, Franklin WH,etc.).• Knowledge of U. S.
