Cloud Engineers - 2

The

Cloud Engineer

will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires expertise in AWS cloud platforms and strong knowledge of cloud security, automation, and monitoring.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure using AWS.Automate cloud infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager.Ensure that cloud infrastructure aligns with security best practices and compliance requirements.Monitor and optimize cloud resource usage, providing cost-saving recommendations.Implement disaster recovery strategies, backup solutions, and high availability configurations.Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of applications in cloud environments.Troubleshoot and resolve cloud infrastructure issues promptly.Stay current with the latest cloud technologies and best practices, continuously improving infrastructure design.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience working with major cloud platforms (AWS).Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Knowledge of cloud security best practices and cost optimization techniques.Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools (e.g., AWS CloudWatch).Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsCertifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified Solutions Architect).Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration in the cloud.Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

DevOps Engineers - 2

The

DevOps Engineer

will work closely with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment processes, and ensure the stability and efficiency of production environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the software development and deployment lifecycle.Collaborate with development teams to integrate automated testing and build processes into the CI/CD pipeline.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Implement and manage containerization solutions using Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.Automate infrastructure management and configuration using tools like Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to track system health, application performance, and resource usage.Ensure secure and compliant infrastructure by implementing best practices for security and access control.Assist in the management of cloud infrastructure and application deployments, working alongside Cloud Engineers.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience working in DevOps, with a strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline development and automation.Expertise with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.).Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration.Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet).Strong experience with version control systems (Git).Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS).Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with microservices architectures and serverless computing.Experience in monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).Knowledge of security best practices for cloud and infrastructure automation.
