Job Profile:

The subject matter expert will bring deep expertise in their respective domain and is responsible for designing and developing innovative, industry-aligned training programs that enhance students' employability skills. The SME will bring deep expertise in their respective domain and will play a pivotal role in bridging academic learning with industry requirements, ensuring students are equipped for dynamic professional environments. In this job role, SMEs will be able to make a meaningful impact by shaping the future workforce and fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to the specific needs of students in their respective areas (Data Structures & Algorithms, System Design, Full Stack Development, Database Management, AI/ML, Data Science, and Cognitive Skills Development.)• Guide and mentor other trainers within the track to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of training programs and enhance their instructional effectiveness.• Ensure that all training content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with current industry standards and certifications.• Work closely with technical trainers, academic faculties, department heads, and external industry partners to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.• Establish partnerships with industry experts to gain insights into emerging trends and incorporate them into the training programs.• Ensure that all training programs and their assessment meet or exceed industry-specific selection criteria.• Provide regular reports on learner performance, training outcomes, and areas for improvement to stakeholders.

Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria:

Education:

Preferably a Master's degree in Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.Experience:

5+ years of experience in training and development and related fields is a must.
