We are seeking a talented and experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant to join our team. As a consultant, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and customizing Oracle Fusion Finance modules for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements, assess their current systems, and deliver innovative solutions that align with their goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Finance applications and a deep understanding of finance and accounting :


- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements and provide guidance on best practices for implementing Oracle Fusion Finance modules.


- Lead and facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define business processes and map them to Oracle Fusion Finance functionality.


- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.


- Develop and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of module configurations, technical designs, and test plans.


- Conduct system testing, including creating and executing test scripts and performing data validation.


- Provide end-user training and support, ensuring users have a clear understanding of system functionality and processes.


- Assist in the resolution of production issues related to Oracle Fusion Finance modules, working closely with the client & IT team and Oracle Support.


- Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion Finance product enhancements and new releases and recommend opportunities for improvement and optimization.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure successful project :


- Minimum of 5 years+ of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Finance modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets.


- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.


- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Finance functionality and features, with experience in configuring and customizing the application to meet client requirements.


- Experience with Oracle Fusion Financial Reporting and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP).


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess complex business processes and recommend innovative solutions.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams.


- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


- Oracle Fusion Finance certifications are strongly desired.


Education :


- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.


- Oracle Fusion Finance certifications are a plus.
