Hiring SAP Native HANA XSA Consultants

What are we looking for:- Minimum of 5-10 years’ experience in projects based on SAP Native HANA (XS Classic and XS Advanced) and / or HANA Cloud BTP- Develop native HANA applications using SQLScript, Calculation Views, and procedures.- Experience with designing and developing Native HANA solutions with deep expertise on Calculation Views, Attribute and Analytic Views, SQL script solutions, Procedures and mixed modeling scenarios using BW on HANA.- Proven expertise in optimization and troubleshooting performance of Calculation views and SQL queries using various performance tuning techniques.- Implement HANA data provisioning and replication techniques, such as SLT, SDA, and SDI.- Monitor and troubleshoot HANA system performance and security issues.- Utilize HANA XS (Extended Services) for developing web-based applications.- Ability to work on complex development scenarios independently along with writing technical specifications and clear documentation of solution.- Must have ability to communicate complex technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as engage with various stakeholders.- Ability to propose multiple workable solutions as per best practices.- Able to handle ABAP and HANA SQL w.r.t to BW/4 HANA, conversion of ABAP transformations into AMDP scripts etc.- Good understanding of SAP ECC and S/4HANA core modules such as SD, MM and FI/CO.- Experience in MS Power BI Dashboards is preferable.About HGS:Hinduja Global Solutions (HGS) is a global company specializing in business process management (BPM) and digital customer experience (CX) solutions.
