Role Overview Barcode is looking for a Copy Head to define and drive the voice across lifestyle, youth culture, beauty, entertainment, and influencer campaigns. This role leads all copy output and elevates brand narratives across formats. Key Responsibilities Set and uphold tone-of-voice and copy standards across all client brands. Lead a team of writers to create scripts, taglines, social assets, brand lines, and campaign concepts. Build ideas in partnership with art directors and creative leads. Oversee copy quality, clarity, and strategic alignment across all deliverables. Collaborate with strategy and account teams to translate briefs into standout creative solutions. Requirements 6–9 years of copywriting experience with strong digital depth. Versatility across tones: premium, youth, lifestyle, beauty. Strong conceptual thinking and leadership skills.
