Job Title: PowerBI Engineer
Location: Hyderabad
Position: Full Time
Work Mode: Work from Office
Required Experience: 5+ years
Timings: 3:00PM IST - 12:00AM IST / 4:00PM IST 1:00AM IST

Job Summary:

  • Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and insightful visualizations.
  • Create data models (star schema, snowflake schema, relationships, DAX calculations)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reports
  • Connect Power BI to various data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Azure, etc.)
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for report preparation.
  • Work with stakeholders to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis support to client managers.
  • Present insights to management and suggest data-driven decision-making strategies.
  • Implement role-based access and data security within Power BI reports.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational data policies and standards.
  • Maintain documentation of data sources, models, and reports.
  • Monitor and maintain published reports and dashboards in Power BI Service.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data refresh, report performance, and user access.
  • Stay updated with Power BI new features and apply best practices in BI solutions.
  • Automate reporting workflows with Power Automate or PowerShell.
  • Support migration of legacy reports to Power BI.
  • Mentor junior analysts or business users on Power BI usage.
