About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Automat Associate with expertise in Power Automate to design, develop, and optimize automation workflows. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business users, understand requirements, and deliver scalable solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform and M365 tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, and Approvals to streamline business processes.
  • Collaborate with end-users and stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and enhance applications using PowerApps and integrate them with other Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Leverage Power BI for data visualization and reporting needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure smooth functioning of automation solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Key Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows, Approvals).
  • Ability to collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
  • Strong working knowledge of PowerApps, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
