As a QA Hybrid - Associate Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products by performing both manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with development teams to identify issues early and help deliver high-quality releases. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented engineer eager to grow their skills in both manual and automation testing within an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute manual test cases and participate in test planning and design.

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar.

Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.

Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution using defect management tools (e.g., JIRA).

Participate in regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.

Support continuous improvement by suggesting enhancements in testing processes and automation frameworks.

Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments and test data.

Work within agile teams, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Report test progress, results, and issues to the QA Lead and other stakeholders.
