Responsibilities:


● You’ll be a part of the Growth/ Marketing team and will work on end to end customer life-cycle from acquisition to retention to cross sell/up-sell strategies.

● You’ll be involved in solving complex problems which will have a direct impact on the growth of the company.

● You will work on one of the best tech stacks available from cutting edge data analytics platforms to the best CRM products in the industry.

● You will get a chance to work on a complex structure of user journey, where one needs to figure out the optimum timing, content and nurturing period of campaigns

● You’ll work in a data driven culture, getting a chance to create multiple experiments, owning those experiments and presenting results to key stakeholders.

● You’ll also get a chance to coordinate and interact with multiple stakeholders from product, marketing and business teams


Key Competencies:


● At least 2 years of experience of CRM, Digital Marketing and/or Analytics

● Created, tested & delivered campaigns across push, web push, email, SMS, whatsapp

● Good Understanding of Marketing Tools like MoEngage, CleveTap, WebEngage etc

● Improving flows/campaigns/journeys based on metrics (CTR, CVR etc)

● Hands on experience in campaign execution and performance measurement

● Strong problem solving skills, logical reasoning and critical thinking
