Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic female tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle incoming and outgoing calls, interact with customers professionally, and help drive sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Receive and attend incoming calls.
• Explain products/services clearly and convincingly.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets.
• Follow up with leads to convert them into customers.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Only female candidates.
• Graduate (any stream).
• Good communication skills in (Hindi/English).
• Basic computer and email knowledge.
• Pleasant, friendly, and professional phone manner.

Experience:

• Freshers can apply.
• Prior tele calling or sales experience is a plus.

Salary:

• ₹ /-

Working Hours: 9AM to 5PM
