DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for managing our infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of applications, and optimizing our cloud resources.

You will leverage your expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform to enhance our operational efficiency and reliability.

Your role will involve monitoring, maintenance, and implementing cost optimization strategies to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage scalable and secure infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS.

- CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable application deployment.

- Cloud Services: Utilize AWS services extensively, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and more, to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure.

- Infrastructure as Code: Use Terraform to manage and provision cloud infrastructure, ensuring consistency and scalability.

- Monitoring and Maintenance: Implement and manage monitoring solutions using Amazon CloudWatch and other tools to ensure the health and performance of the infrastructure.

- Cost Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to optimize cloud costs while maintaining high performance and reliability.

- Automation: Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of human error.

- Collaboration: Work closely with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of applications.

- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for infrastructure, processes, and configurations.

- Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: 5 to 8 years of experience in DevOps or related fields.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and management.

- Extensive experience with AWS services and infrastructure.

- Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline tools and processes.

- Familiarity with Amazon CloudWatch for monitoring and logging.

- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code.

- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or similar certification.

- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring and maintenance best practices.

- Expertise in cost optimization strategies for cloud environments.

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Problem-solving mindset.

- Strong organizational skills.
