Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source qualified candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and manage relationships with prospective employees for future hiring needs.
  • Work with external recruitment agencies when necessary to fill specialized roles.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, talent market dynamics, and competitive hiring practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in (IT/Non - IT).
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
  • Knowledge of employer branding techniques and social recruiting.
  • Certifications like SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent (optional but preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
