We are currently seeking a ERP Senior Specialist to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Duties:

• • Identify gaps in current implementation limiting scalability and business need fulfilment
• Assess specific deviations and non-standard processes in each business area assessed.
• Determine process discontinuities and issues
• Identify gaps between Business Requirements versus the existing system configuration resulting in gaps and issues
• Document optimization and automation opportunities
• Document Tech Debt reduction opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

• Domain expertise in Oracle EBS Financials Modules
• Oracle EBS Financials functional resource with minimum of 10+ of Oracle EBS experience
• Well versed across core Oracle EBS Financials modules - Oracle Treasury, AP, AR, GL, CM, FA & Tax
• Strong Implementation experience with at least 4 Oracle EBS Financials projects
• Ability to assess current EBS configurations and identify the process challenges and improvement opportunities.
• Has experience with Finance assessments.
• Intensive experience on EBS Financial transformation initiatives, architecture and business processes
• Deep understanding of EBS setups and rationalization, process understanding of integrations between Oracle EBS and 3rd party systems etc.
• Experience with creating ERP strategy and roadmap.
• Good functional knowledge on Reports, Data Conversion, Migrations, Inbound / Outbound Interfaces etc.
• Ability to translate business requirements into workable standard.
• Very good analytical and communication skills
• Experience with multi-country, currency & multi-business unit business and best practices.
• Experience with mapping of business process and identifying process gaps.
• Prepare application rationalization strategy and process disposition.

Basic Qualification

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Financials modules
• 4+ Oracle EBS Implementation/Rollout experience.
• 2 Oracle EBS assessments experience.
• Hands on experience on Oracle EBS configurations.
• Experience capturing and documenting process mapping, process gaps & improvement opportunities.

Nice to Have

• Strong understanding of EBS Financials Modules & business process expertise.
• Strong problem solving and analytical/critical thinking skills needed.
• Excellent team player able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
• Excellent spoken and written communication as well as receptive listening skills, with ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences.
