Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Junior MES consultant to join our global MES team in Pune, India. You will join our team of talented developers, analysts and business architects and work collaboratively with them to deliver high-end solutions for our manufacturing business units. You will work on global projects and contribute with well-structured documentation to the overall project success.

Required Skills & Specifications:

Bachelors / Master's degree in Business/ Information Services/ or Computer Science.Experience in

MES (3- 7 years)

having basic knowledge of SAP / integration with SAP Or it can be

SAP PP/PP-PI

too .Experience in other modules in SAP &

S4 Exposure

is a plusEagerness to learn and work on new technologies like

SAP MII

& other

MES system

.Business Process Expertise Strongly recommendedDemonstrated skills in creative and critical thinkingExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Experience in Healthcare or Automotive industry preferred.Experience of working in a large and complex organization.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Positive attitude, team player and focus in results.Willingness to travel.Willingness to be part of the off-duty on-call support.

Role & responsibilities

:

Work in an agile environment, involved in the entire product lifecycle, working side by side with other SAP team members.Good Exposure on Manufacturing Process & hands on support issues & ability to find the route cause analysis .Support the SAP projects with documentation and testing scenario & integration testing with MII .Hands on exposure on daily shop floor issue resolution ability & configuration knowledge .Eagerness to learn and Work new technologies like SAP MII & other Shop floor system integration with SAP S/4 .Requirements gathering and analysis for storyboarding and creating functional requirements specifications .Manage systems development, test script preparations/testing and training materials or any other relevant documentation.Training of ley/end users (various levels of the organization).Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
