QC ENGINEER

Pay: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and Implement Standards:

Create and update quality control processes, procedures, and standards for products and materials.

· Inspect and Test:

Conduct inspections and tests on materials and products at various stages of production to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

· Analyze and Report:

Collect and analyze data, prepare detailed reports on quality control findings, and document deviations from standards.

· Problem Solving:

Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.

· Process Improvement:

Identify opportunities for improving existing processes, procedures, and products to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, or a related field is often a requirement.
• Experience: Proven work experience in QC Inspection & Testing , or a similar role. Minimum 3 plus years of experience required.

Certifications

NDT Certification is necessary
