Tarpaulins and shade sails
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Merchandiser for our Sewing Division capable of dealing with brands for similar segments and manage the business from start to finish. This role combines commercial capabilities, knowledge of Sewing nitty-gritty and excellent communication skills.
From product development to order to shipment to payments, you will be the point of contact for the customer and will have to execute everything like you are your customers' representative at Candor.
You will have multiple cross functioning teams to work with and support you like - new sample development / pattern / production / operations / quality / graphic design / sample dispatch and coordination / accounts and logistics. We have an in-house developed ERP system to handle all aspects and intricacies regarding sewing business. Everything is on the system and transparent.
Qualifications and Skills:
8-10 years of experience in merchandising or a product manager with a medium size of organization and have led a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
