hands-on AI for the real world
.

We're looking for an
Applied Scientist
who is ready to:

Fine-tune
LLMs & SLMs
with PyTorch / TensorFlow.

Build
AI agents end-to-end
(LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, custom frameworks).

Ship ideas from
prototype → production → customers
.

Push the boundaries of
transformers, multi-agent systems, RLHF
.

You should have:

  • 2+ years hands-on with
    ML frameworks (PyTorch preferred)
    .
  • Experience fine-tuning and deploying
    transformer models
    .
  • At least one real-world
    AI agent project
    shipped.
  • Comfort with
    open-source + cloud ecosystems
    .

Bonus:
RAG pipelines, LangChain, Azure/AWS/GCP, or open-source contributions.
