You’ll lead content strategy execution,develop thought-leadership pieces, and collaborate across teams to create content assets that drive engagement, lead generation, and brand authority.Key Responsibilities:1. Create Website Content Strategy and content supporting persona based consumer journeys.2. Content Create and lead the development of long-form content: blogs, whitepapers, e Books, reports, and case studies3. Build content strategies tailored to specific industries (Fintech, ERP, D2 C) and business goals4. Collaborate with strategy, performance, and design teams to create conversion-focused content assets.5. Write with SEO and keyword best practices in mind to maximize organic reach.6. Develop content for different funnel stages — awareness, consideration, conversion7. Guide junior writers and review their work for clarity, tone, accuracy, and effectiveness8. Stay updated on industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor content9. Optimize existing content to improve rankings and lead performanceRequirements:1. 4 to 6 years of experience in content writing, preferably in an agency or B2 B environment2. Experience writing for Fintech, Saa S, ERP, and D2 C brands3. Strong command of SEO, keyword strategy, and content performance metrics4. Deep understanding of content marketing and how it supports lead generation5. Proven ability to write persuasive, research-backed, and technically accurate content6. Excellent editing, proofreading, and content structuring skills7. Ability to manage multiple content projects with minimal supervisionNice to Have:1. Experience with content management tools (Word Press, Hub Spot, Webflow)2. Familiarity with tools like SEMrush, Chat GPT3. Understanding of the B2 B content funnel and gated asset development4. Leadership experience in mentoring or managing junior content creators
