Under this division, we have done some amazingwork for brands like Four Seasons Private Residences, Runwal Group, Trump Towers, M3 M, PuraniksBuilders, Nyati Group, DLF, Narang Realty, Shapoorji Pallonji, Joyville, Tata Housing, JP Infra, Omaxe,amongst others in our pipeline. We also conceptualized & executed India's first Real Estate e-talkshow - Clay Dialogues Season 1 & 2, which featured the top 11 real estate leaders.About the Role: This role requires deep expertise in mainline advertising, brand activations, BTL, and on-ground campaign execution. The candidate will independently manage key clients, lead teams, oversee multi-agency coordination, and drive strategic planning and creative development.Key Responsibilities:- Own end-to-end client relationships for major accounts.- Lead ATL + BTL campaign development, from briefing to execution.- Craft brand strategies, creative briefs, and integrated campaign plans.- Present strategies, creative concepts, and execution plans to clients.- Lead a team of servicing executives and coordinators.- Manage budgets, profitability, and billing cycles.- Oversee print, OOH, retail branding, and event-led campaigns.- Coordinate with creative, strategy, and production teams.- Supervise on-ground activations, vendor management, and fabrication.- Ensure timely execution with high-quality output.- Upsell and cross-sell agency capabilities across mainline, creative, activation, and turnkey solutions.Experience Required:6–10 years in mainline advertising or BTL/Experiential agencies.Strong leadership and account management experience.Hands-on execution experience in print, OOH, events, activation, and retail branding.Real estate category exposure preferred. - Strong communication, presentation, and strategy skills.Perks:Apart from the compensation, you will be a part of a crazy culture and people to work with who don’tbelieve in working in a monotonous & boring environment and believe in having fun along with work,an environment where hierarchies exist mostly on paper and you can reach out to anyone at anypoint for any sort of help (though don’t forget to treat the person with a chocolate later on ;) ), andyes, we take office parties very seriously where you don’t have an option to skip it for any reasonwhatsoever : PPlease Note: this role focuses exclusively on Mainline Marketing
