Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sourcing of business by identification of customers in the assigned village, forming of Joint liability groups, verification of the residence and business of the customer and KYC etc.
- Collection of current dues Group-wise collection as per scheduled time, deposit of collection money and MERC (system) entry.
- Assisting the MC-IC for disbursement activity completion and loan documentation.
