Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related fieldProven experience in accounting with expertise in using Tally, Navision, or PowerBI in tracking business KPIsExperience in transitioning accounting systems to new ERP softwareKnowledge of ERP software such as SAP, Dynamics 365, or similar systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSome knowledge in programming would be highly preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentAttention to detail and a high level of accuracyCertification in accounting or IT (e.g., CPA, CMA, CISA) is a plus
