About the Role  

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Spring Boot and Java to join our onsite team in Hyderabad . You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Spring Boot and Java . 
  • Collaborate with frontend developers, DevOps, and product teams to deliver high-quality features. 
  • Implement microservices architecture and ensure service reliability and scalability. 
  • Work with relational databases (MySQL , PostgreSQL ) and write efficient, optimized queries. 
  • Integrate with external APIs and third-party services. 
  • Ensure application security , data protection , and compliance with best practices. 
  • Write unit and integration tests for backend services. 
  • Participate in code reviews , debugging, and performance optimization. 
  • Deploy and monitor applications in different environments. 

Required Skills & Qualifications  

  • 3–6 years of professional backend development experience. 
  • Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+ preferred). 
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Spring Framework (Spring Data JPA, Spring Security, Spring MVC). 
  • Strong understanding of REST API design principles . 
  • Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORMs (Hibernate/JPA). 
  • Familiarity with Git , branching strategies, and agile development processes. 
  • Knowledge of Microservices and Containerization and Cloud Infrastructure. 
  • Understanding of application security best practices (JWT, OAuth2, etc.). 

Nice-to-Have Skills  

  • Experience with Microservices , Docker , and Kubernetes . 
  • Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ). 
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). 
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). 
  • Understanding of caching (Redis, Hazelcast).
