Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled RAN Development Engineer professional who can act as a Scrum Master with expertise in RRC, RRM, and OAM to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and optimizing RAN features and functionalities, ensuring the smooth operation and performance of our network.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize RAN features and functionalities for 4G and 5G networks. Software Design and development experience in CU, DU Domains  Experience of one or more of RRC, RRM, OAM, PDCP, NG-AP, X2AP, XnAP, F1AP Working on Layer 1, 2 and 3 Interfaces  Will be responsible to Read, Translate, Design, Develop and Implement the features  Good knowledge on ORAN interfaces, 3GPP, WG4, design and implementation experience on SA, NSA and NR-DC, CA features Work on different test tools, simulators, test case scripting, customer issue triaging using logs/wireshark Conduct performance analysis and optimization of O-RAN parameters. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAN solutions into overall network architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve complex RAN issues. Stay updated with the latest RAN technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in RAN development with a focus on RRC, RRM, and OAM. Strong understanding of 4G and 5G RAN architectures and protocols. Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python scripting  Hands-on experience with RAN testing tools and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with virtualized RAN (vRAN) technologies. Familiarity with cloud-native RAN architectures. Knowledge of network function virtualization (NFV) and software-defined networking (SDN) concepts. Certification in relevant telecommunications technologies (e.g., 3GPP certifications).
