We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer with 2-3 years of experience in both React.js and Laravel to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating robust web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience, and delivering high-quality solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, test, and maintain web applications using React.js (front-end) and Laravel (back-end).- Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to deliver user-centric solutions.- Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack in a timely manner.- Stay updated with the latest technologies and implement them to improve development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2-3 years in full-stack development.- Front-end Expertise: Proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.- Back-end Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Laravel, PHP, and MySQL.- Version Control: Knowledge of Git for version control and collaborative development.- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills to tackle development challenges.- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward teamwork.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.- Familiarity with DevOps tools and deployment processes.- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams.
