We have openings for experienced as Senior Legal Executive(3–5 years) professionals in our Legal Department.

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

You will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing practical legal advice to support the company's operations. The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and external legal advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft, review, and finalize agreements such as Lease Deeds, Leave & License Agreements, Service Level Agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and Master Service Agreements.

· Conduct property, client, and business partner due diligence.

· Negotiate contract terms and handle client calls on legal matters.

· Research laws such as RERA, Companies Act, Contract Act, and Arbitration & Conciliation Act to ensure compliance.

· Coordinate with solicitors, company secretaries, and legal advisors.

· Provide advice on risks, disputes, and regulatory matters.

· Maintain organized legal records and ensure audit readiness.

· Support corporate governance and regulatory filings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's in Law (LLB) – LLM preferred.

· Relevant experience in corporate and/or real estate legal work.

· Strong drafting, negotiation, and compliance skills.

Skills & Competencies:

· Strong knowledge of contract, property, and corporate law.

· Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.

· Strong research skills with attention to detail.

· Clear communication and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized, able to manage multiple matters at once.

· Problem-solving mindset with business-focused approach.
