Our Camfil Power Systems (CPS) team in India, is presently regionally located at our Manesar, Haryana office, 30 km southwest of Delhi. At this location we are nearly 40 CPS colleagues all in all, and growing.

Summary

The role as Project Quality Assurance Engineer coordinates all clients tender and contracts activities within Quality scope. You are responsible to develop and ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans as per contract , Camfil standards, rules and regulations as well as potential legal requirements.


The Project Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible to provide Sales and the project with the quality documentation, planning, budget, forecast and continuous assessments for a successful client tender and contract delivery.


What will you do

In this role, validation, reviewing of project quality will be essential. You will establish, ensure and deliver project quality documentation within scheduled time according to agreed milestones, and assure implementation of robust control measures. We believe you will, when necessary, require investigations and actions for non-conformities and risks with lessons learned back to organization and colleagues.


As part of our international matrix organization, you will for example together with cross-function working colleagues interact continuously, to improve business projects – both content and efficiency based on “lessons learned” together. You will in a seamless way support/lead both internal and external quality audits on occasions, together with CPS team(s) globally, on frequent basis. This will include handling NCR:s (Non-Conformance Report) reporting – and continuous improvement over time.


This role will require commercial interest, understanding and excellent communication skills , in a multicultural landscape , for on time delivery & quality work, aiming for robust market competitive and cost efficient solutions for our customers.

Qualifications

We do believe you have minimum B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and well documented successful six (6) years of experience as quality assurance – or more, within in an international environment having solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience.


Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English , and local language is mandatory.
