Supply Chain Operations Manager for NDO Nutrition LLP (Dietary Supplements Brand)
Manufacturing Management
Coordinate with manufacturers: Establish and maintain communication with manufacturers to ensure production schedules are met.
Inventory oversight: Monitor production quantities to maintain optimal stock levels in alignment with business forecasts and market demand.
Vendor Sourcing and Management
Identify potential vendors: Research and identify potential vendors for containers, stickers, seals, and packaging materials.
Negotiate contracts: Engage with vendors to negotiate purchase terms, pricing, and delivery schedules to meet production timelines.
Coordinate raw material supply: Work with vendors to ensure a steady supply of all necessary raw materials for manufacturing, aligning delivery schedules with production needs.
Quality assurance: Ensure all procured items and raw materials meet the required quality and safety standards.
Logistics and Delivery Coordination
Manage stock handling: Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to ensure proper storage and handling of stock.
Delivery management: Oversee the entire process from manufacturer to warehouse, and from warehouse to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Inventory control: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to adjust stock levels based on demand forecasts and sales trends.
Order Fulfillment
Order processing: Ensure efficient processing of orders, from receipt through to delivery.
Compliance and documentation: Ensure all shipping and receiving documents are managed according to company policies and compliance requirements.
