Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Assistant General Manager located in Hyderabad. The Assistant General Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager will contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive the company's growth and success. The AGM will be reporting to the Managing Director of the company.

Project Management, Team Leadership, and Problem-Solving skills
Labor and Subcontractors Management
Compliance and Regulatory Management
Contract Negotiation
Experience in construction or real estate industry
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Proficiency in project management software
Certifications such as PMP or LEED are a plus
