It provides advisory services in Govt. Policy, Strategy, Performance Improvement, People & Transformation, Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Technology and Enterprise Risk Management. The focus of the firm has always been on improving the business and social performance of those pillars of Indian economy which have been the key to economic sovereignty since Independence. The firm operates out of five offices in India and an overseas office at Wimbledon, UK.
About the Role
- The Associate Consultant - ESG will be responsible for working on ESG/Sustainability and BRSR Reporting, ESG, SDG Consulting initiatives, CDP & Eco Vadis rating, ESG research, and Carbon Related Projects.
Responsibilities :
ESG/Sustainability Reporting (Based on frameworks such as GRI / IR / CDP / BRSR / SASB / DJSI / UNGC etc.)ESG, SDG Consulting initiatives of Vision360 (for its client base)Understanding CDP & Eco Vadis ratingContribute to ESG research and special projects (Such as Creating Sustainability Framework, Sustainability/ESG Roadmap etc.)Do research on select ESG topics which are priorities for the FirmCarbon Related Projects (Such as Carbon Management Plan, Carbon Neutrality, Sequestration etc.)GHG Emission calculations (SCOPE 1,2,3 as per International Protocols, for Sustainability reporting & many sustainability initiatives)Evaluating the environmental impact a business has through research, such as determining their carbon footprint, energy use, water use, waste production and air qualityGood understanding of Life cycle assessment & product carbon footprint, Climate-related risk assessment
Qualifications
- Master's Degree/ Bachelor’s Degree in Sustainability, Electrical Eng., Mechanical Eng.; 2-3 years of experience in sustainability and ESG; Experience with knowledge management; Ability to interface successfully and collaboratively with numerous internal stakeholders; Experience of working with senior management will be considered as an advantage.
Required Skills :Exposure to the above work areas shall be desirable and preferredExcellent research, analytical, written and core communications abilities, the strongest of which is writingStrong commitment to timely delivery of projectsDetail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creativelyCan-do attitude, willingness to take on any task, big or smallOutstanding Excel and PowerPoint skills
