Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Trainer - Chits & Fincorp located in Idukki district. The Junior Trainer will be responsible for delivering training sessions across the high range branches, developing training materials, and conducting assessments. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing training schedules, administering training programs, and providing feedback to HOD. The Junior Trainer will also work closely with the Head- Training & Development to identify training needs and improve training effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Experience in training delivery, instructional design, and content development
  • Strong understanding of chits and financial services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using various training tools and technologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Education, or related field
  • Previous experience in the financial sector is a plus
  • Male & Female are welcome
  • Should be willing to travel as per requirement
