We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle EPM Suite Specialist with a strong focus on Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) functionality to join our team.

You will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ARCS solutions for our clients, ensuring accurate and efficient account reconciliation processes.

Your in-depth knowledge of ARCS and the broader EPM suite will be instrumental in helping clients achieve their financial consolidation and close goals.

Responsibilities :

- Work collaboratively with clients to understand their account reconciliation requirements and design effective ARCS solutions.

- Configure and customize ARCS settings, including matching rules, reconciliation templates, and workflows.

- Develop and implement efficient reconciliation processes leveraging ARCS functionalities like auto-reconciliation and variance analysis.

- Integrate ARCS with other EPM modules (e.g. HFM, Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management) to streamline the financial close process (if applicable).

- Create and maintain mappings between source and target accounts for seamless data integration.

- Manage user access and security within the ARCS application.

- Provide ongoing support and training to clients on ARCS functionalities.

- Analyze reconciliation results, identify discrepancies, and work with clients to resolve them.

- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize reconciliation data and identify trends.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates within ARCS and the EPM suite.

- Document ARCS configurations and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Suite, with a strong focus on ARCS functionality.

- Proven experience in implementing, configuring, and optimizing ARCS solutions.

- In-depth understanding of account reconciliation processes and best practices.

- Experience with financial consolidation concepts and close management procedures.

- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS, etc.).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.

Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's/Master's
