Role Description Join us as we expand in the Power sector This is a full-time, on-site contractual opportunity for a Senior Full Stack Developer based in Sitapura, Jaipur, with the opportunity for Contract-to-Hire (C2 H). Immediate joiners are encouraged to apply. Role Overview As a Senior Fullstack Developer(React JS, Node JS) , you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and scaling backend services, APIs, and real-time applications. You will work closely with front end developers, product managers, and designers to create seamless and highly performant solutions. You will also contribute to architectural decisions and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient server-side applications using Fullstack. Build and manage RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration points with other services and systems. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. Work with databases like Postgre SQL, SQL, or other relational databases. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write unit and integration tests to ensure the reliability of the codebase. Monitor and troubleshoot issues related to server-side applications. Continuously improve the application codebase by refactoring, optimizing, and adopting new technologies and best practices. Key Requirements Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Frontend development using React JS and backend development using Node.js. Proficient in Java Script and Node.js. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming, event-driven architecture, and Node.js core modules. Frontend: React JS Mobile: React Native Web Frameworks: Experience with popular Node.js frameworks. Databases: Hands-on experience with relational databases (Postgre SQL, SQL) and cashing techniques like Redis etc. API Development : Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. Authentication & Authorization: Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, and other modern security protocols. Version Control: Proficient in Git and working with Git Hub or Git Lab for source code management. Agile Development: Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum teams. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
