Job Title : Micro Focus Unified Functional test Engineer.

Location: Pune.

Experience: 6-8 years.

Job Description :


As a Quality Engineer (Tester), you will be responsible for enabling full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite, creating automation strategy, automated scripts, and supporting data and environment configuration.

You will also participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Roles & Responsibilities :


- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans, and procedures for software testing, ensuring high-quality software delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve defects and issues, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and other automation tools.

- Participate in the development and implementation of testing strategies, plans, and procedures, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.

- Conduct root cause analysis of defects and issues, and provide recommendations for resolution and prevention.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must To Have Skills : Proficiency in Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) with 5+years of experience.

- Good To Have Skills : No Function Specialization.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Experience in creating and maintaining automated test scripts using Micro Focus Unified Functional Testing (UFT) and other automation tools.

- Solid grasp of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
